When you book a tour through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase our services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you make a booking. Despite our best efforts, some services listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made with incorrectly priced services.

3.3 Payment

Payment for tours can be made using the payment methods shown on our Site at the time of booking. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

3.4 Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your booking. This email serves as the formal acceptance of your offer to purchase our services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date: No refund

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

4.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, insufficient participants, or force majeure events. In case of cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider and can take up to 10 business days.

5. Tour Participation

5.1 Code of Conduct

Participants in our tours are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other participants, our staff, and properties visited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

5.2 Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in our tours. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect your participation.

5.3 Alcohol Consumption

Our tours involve wine tasting and alcohol consumption. We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated. You must be of legal drinking age (18 years or older in Italy) to consume alcohol on our tours.

5.4 Punctuality

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Tours will depart at the scheduled time, and we cannot guarantee to wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be provided for missed tours due to lateness.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by Florence Wine Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access, download, and print materials from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit in any way any content from our Site without prior written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florence Wine Tours, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Site or services.

Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant tour.
