Florence Wine Tours is a brand owned by Vino Tasting Globe Srl, a tour operator registered in Italy (n. FI-688341) on the regional register of travel and tourism agencies with license of 26/10/2022 released by the Regione Toscana. P.IVA 07222480480.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Florence Wine Tours and Vino Tasting Globe Srl.
• "Customer", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses our services.
• "Services" refers to wine tastings, tours, and related experiences offered by our company.

3. Booking and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation email.

Modifications to bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience, subject to availability.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled experience.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience.

4. Participation and Behavior

Participants must be at least 18 years old to take part in wine tastings as per Italian law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or endangers the experience of other participants.

Participants are responsible for their own behavior and any consequences resulting from the consumption of alcohol. We encourage responsible drinking.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death that results from participation in our experiences, unless directly caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during tours or tastings.

When transportation is provided as part of our services, the terms and conditions of the transportation provider also apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Florence Wine Tours and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

7. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.
